Requirements<br />
· Resolution: 300 DPI.<br />
· Color mode: CMYK.<br />
· The overshoot in ads is mandatory.<br />
· Ads with crossover: the image of each page should be offset 4 mm towards the side without<br />
affecting the protection parameters of the other elements.All texts appearing in ads must be<br />
at least a centimeter away from the cutting area (per side).<br />
· No materials are accepted in Quark, editable or in any Office program.<br />
· Reed Exhibitions does not make adjustments or external materials design; If you require<br />
support, please request the list of our official suppliers, who will gladly help with the<br />
development of their material.<br />
POLICY: Once submitted the sponsorship application form, cancellations or refunds<br />
will not apply. The payment must be made within two weeks after the signing of the<br />
confirmation and in a single settlement, so the space is assured.<br />
If you acquire a sponsorship in conjunction with the exhibition space, the amount of the<br />
sponsorship may be included in the contract payments scheme previously defined.<br />
All designs required must be submitted by the exhibitor according to the deadline. If<br />
the artwork is not sent in a timely manner, and thus the production of the materials is<br />
not possible, there will be no refund<br />
