1 Booking & Payment
A booking is made when you tell us that you accept
our written or verbal quotation and you pay us a
deposit as detailed below, (if you book after the date
that full payment is due full payment must be made at
time of booking).
Deposit 50% at time if booking.
Balance is due 14 days before departure.
A binding contract will come into existence between
you and us as soon as we have issued you with a
booking confirmation. If you believe that any details
are incorrect on your confirmation you must inform us
immediately.
If the balance of your trip is not paid on or before your
balance due date we have the right to cancel your
arrangements and the cancellation charges, as set
out in section 4 will come into place.
2 Pricing
We reserve the right to amend the advertised price of
unsold places at any time and correct errors in the
prices of confirmed trips.
3 Changes by you
If you wish to change any part of your confirmed
booking after our confirmation has been issued, you
must inform us in writing as soon as possible. This
must be done by the lead passenger . Whilst we will
do everything in our power to accommodate any
changes we cant guarantee to be able to meet your
request. Any additional costs incurred in meeting your
request will be passed on to yourself to cover.
4 Cancellation
If you or any member of your party decides to cancel
your confirmed booking you must notify us in writing,
Your Notice of Cancellation will only start when we
receive it in writing at our offices.
We recommend that you use recorded delivery .
Since we incur costs in cancelling your trip you will
have to pay the applicable cancellation charges as
detailed below.
More than 14 days…..Deposit
7 to 13 days…………..60% of total cost
1 to 6 days…….…...…90% of total cost.

specific seat, and if its still available we will gladly reserve
it for you.
Below is a the seat plan for the majority of our executive
coaches, if your coach is different we will inform
you at time of booking.
