1 Booking & Payment<br />

A booking is made when you tell us that you accept<br />

our written or verbal quotation and you pay us a<br />

deposit as detailed below, (if you book after the date<br />

that full payment is due full payment must be made at<br />

time of booking).<br />

Deposit 50% at time if booking.<br />

Balance is due 14 <strong>day</strong>s before departure.<br />

A binding contract will come into existence between<br />

you and us as soon as we have issued you with a<br />

booking confirmation. If you believe that any details<br />

are incorrect on your confirmation you must inform us<br />

immediately.<br />

If the balance of your trip is not paid on or before your<br />

balance due date we have the right to cancel your<br />

arrangements and the cancellation charges, as set<br />

out in section 4 will come into place.<br />

2 Pricing<br />

We reserve the right to amend the advertised price of<br />

unsold places at any time and correct errors in the<br />

prices of confirmed trips.<br />

3 Changes by you<br />

If you wish to change any part of your confirmed<br />

booking after our confirmation has been issued, you<br />

must inform us in writing as soon as possible. This<br />

must be done by the lead passenger . Whilst we will<br />

do everything in our power to accommodate any<br />

changes we cant guarantee to be able to meet your<br />

request. Any additional costs incurred in meeting your<br />

request will be passed on to yourself to cover.<br />

4 Cancellation<br />

If you or any member of your party decides to cancel<br />

your confirmed booking you must notify us in writing,<br />

Your Notice of Cancellation will only start when we<br />

receive it in writing at our offices.<br />

We recommend that you use recorded delivery .<br />

Since we incur costs in cancelling your trip you will<br />

have to pay the applicable cancellation charges as<br />

detailed below.<br />

More than 14 <strong>day</strong>s…..Deposit<br />

7 to 13 <strong>day</strong>s…………..60% of total cost<br />

1 to 6 <strong>day</strong>s…….…...…90% of total cost.<br />
