• In Corporate Concierge Industry, the biggest challenge lies in its Operation & Manpower.
• Marketing of Services : A sound base is required to showcase the full potential of the
organization to do so Minor and Major Marketing stints have to be made.
• Vendor Management : Income and expenditure statement are to be maintained at branch
level to monitor expenses against service request ID number.
• Tie up with vendors : To provide us with country wide services on some specific tasks
that will be monitored in the HO and Operation team
• Target are being given to all branches to convert them as a ‘Profit Center’ and they have
to take them on a serious note.
• All the Company Norms and policies have to be followed by each and every individual
working with Timesol in the branch levels.
