We have a strategic<br />
contractual agreement with a<br />
highly reputable independent<br />
cleaning company<br />
incorporated with the State of<br />
North Carolina. They are<br />
trained and certified with the<br />
state for various accreditations<br />
with the Health Department<br />
and other high-level protocols.<br />
With every individual Yonder<br />
home, we work cooperatively<br />
with their team to set a static,<br />
set cleaning fee for that<br />
specific property. This fee has<br />
no effect on your rental<br />
income.<br />
Like the cleaning fees, taxes<br />
are wholly the responsibility<br />
of the guest. Yonder handles<br />
collection and payment to the<br />
State, County, and/or City for<br />
all guest stay taxes. You, the<br />
owner, are not responsible for<br />
paying, collecting, or<br />
accounting for these taxes.<br />
This is a part of Yonder’s<br />
fiduciary responsibility as<br />
licensed real estate brokers.<br />
Strong and effective<br />
communication is one of the<br />
major hallmarks of Yonder.<br />
Every month you will receive<br />
a variety of scheduled<br />
communications from us,<br />
specifically designed to keep<br />
you informed, while not<br />
overloading you with<br />
information. These include a<br />
monthly marketing report,<br />
property management update,<br />
and of course a monthly<br />
statement detailing guest stays<br />
and income information.<br />
Beyond that, we are aware that<br />
every owner expects different<br />
levels of communication, and<br />
we will customize our<br />
reporting to you in whatever<br />
form you desire.<br />
We certainly do. When we<br />
need to step into the role of<br />
property managers to address<br />
particular issues with your<br />
home, we simply do just that.<br />
As licensed contractors, we<br />
will give you very specific<br />
information, and very detailed<br />
estimates. From that point we<br />
will act only on your<br />
go-ahead, and with whatever<br />
authority you have approved.
