<strong>Christmas</strong> offering vary to suit all, including Party Nights, Sunday<br />
Lunch with Santa, Festive Dining. Back again for <strong>Christmas</strong> 2016,<br />
after a successful previous year, is our <strong>Christmas</strong> Eve Candlelit<br />
Dinner,.<br />
We are Closed for Boxing Day but don't miss the<br />
New Years Eve Ibiza Gala Dinner.<br />

Booking Terms and Conditions<br />
1. All reservations will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more<br />
than 14 days pending the receipt of written confirmation and a nonrefundable<br />
/ non-transferable deposit of £15 per person.<br />
2. All alterations must be confirmed in writing.<br />
3. Full payment is required 1 week prior to event date.<br />
4. No deposit or full payment will be transferable or used for other products.<br />
Once full payment is made no refunds will be given<br />
5. If in the event of any function having to be cancelled by El Matador an<br />
alternative date will be offered or a full refund given.<br />
6. A cancellation charge of the amount received by El Matador, or part of<br />
there of, will be made in the event of all or part of the booking being<br />
amended or canceled by the client.<br />
7. El Matador reserves the right to amalgamate <strong>Christmas</strong> events to ensure<br />
appropriate numbers.<br />
8. The cost of any additional service must be paid for at the end of the event.<br />
9. All times shown are subject to change.<br />
10. All details are correct at the time of going to press but may be subject<br />
to alteration without prior notice. All prices quoted include VAT.<br />
11. Guests are not allowed to bring their own beverages into El Matador or<br />
lounge 49 or grounds for consumption on the premises.<br />
12. Organizers will be liable for any damage caused to any part of El Matador<br />
premises or equipment by any person invited by you or on your behalf.<br />
13. El Matador management will not accept liability in respect of any loss or<br />
damage to articles brought into the premises.<br />
14. El Matador reserves the right to refuse admission.<br />
15. Menus are subject to change.<br />
16. El Matador will require a menu pre-order for all <strong>Christmas</strong> Party lunch's &<br />
night's and Ibiza Gala Dinner bookings two weeks prior to arrival.<br />
17. El Matador will require a menu pre-order for all other bookings for the<br />
Party Menu or more than 8 guests two weeks prior to arrival.
