Our Process
Initial Consultation Call
Following your enquiry, you will receive a call from your local tutor to discuss your child’s
specific needs and schedule a no-obligation, no-commitment in-home consultation.
Diagnostic Assessment
Following the consultation call, your tutor will allocate a series of diagnostic
assessments through our online tutoring portal which may include:
a. Maths and/or English – Diagnostic assessments aligned to the Australian Curriculum
to identify underlying knowledge gaps impacting your child’s results.
b. Learning Style – Find out exactly how your child learns best, and the strategies that
resonate with them..
c. Learning IQ – Our proprietary assessment, allows us to identify the low hanging fruit
with respect to your child’s study habits in order to improve results faster and keep
them there.
In-Home Consultation and Results Review
This is your opportunity to meet your child’s tutor face-to-face and review your child’s
individual results and recommendations. All results reports are provided free of charge,
even if you decide not to proceed at this stage.

Booking Confirmation
At the conclusion of your FREE Introductory Lesson you will have the option to confirm a
booking with your tutor.
Individual Study Plan
Once a booking has been confirmed your tutor will work together with your child to develop
a clear study plan over the course of your booking.
Regular Lessons
Your child’s tutor will work with them on a regular basis to implement the recommendations
from their assessments. At the conclusion of a booking (generally a term) your child will be
reassessed and your tutor will refocus your child’s program for the next booking.
