Portland Cement
Standard
TS EN 197-1:2002
Product Definition : Portland cement is a product which is obtained as clinker resulting from mixing at suitable rates,
grinding and firing raw materials such as limestone, marl, clay, iron ore, pyrite ash, bauxite, etc. and a certain amount of
setting regulator (generally gypsum) are ground together and sets after mixing with water and gains strength.
In general, it is used in buildings requiring high early strength, concrete poured in cold weather, prefabricated buildings,
tunnel-mould applications, construction chemicals production and foundation applications.

PORTLAND COMPOSİTE CEMENT CEM II / B-M (P-L) 42,5N
Product
Portland Composite Cement
Standard
TS EN 197-1:2002
Product Definition
A product that is obtained as mineral additives (trass) at a rate defined in its standards
(maximum 30%) and Portland cement clinker are ground with a certain amount of setting
regulator (gypsum) and sets after mixing with water and gains strength.
In general, it can be used in all applications for which Portland cement is used. Compared to
Portland cement, it has a relatively lower hydration temperature. It is suitable for using in
concrete works performed in aggressive environments containing ions such as sulphate and/or
chloride, etc.

POZZOLAİC CEMENT CEM IV / B (P) 32,5N
Product
Pozzolanic Cement
Standard
TS EN 197-1:2002
Product Definition
A product that is obtained as mineral additives (pozzolan) at a rate defined in its standards
(maximum 55%) and Portland cement clinker are ground with a certain amount of setting
regulator (gypsum) and sets after mixing with water and gains strength.
Compared to Portland cement (CEM I 42,5 R and CEM I 52,5 N) and Portland composite cement
(CEM II / A-M (P-L) 42,5 R), it gains strength slower. Besides, water/cement rates are relatively
higher. It is more resistant to alkali-aggregate reaction and chemical external effects. In general,
it is used in repair works in buildings, plaster preparation and construction chemicals
production.
