4 TRAINING CENTER IQTC
In cooperation with the IQTC training center, we
offer extensive programmes that provide training for
specialists on subjects ranging from rotor blade repair,
electrotechnology and welding all the way to expert
training on specific machines. We are able to adapt our
course content to match the individual needs of our
customers.
The IQTC is an independent training provider authorized
by the TÜV Rheinland Academy.

OFFSHORE

Our services for wind energy turbines include
the preparation of an individual maintenance
concept as well as implementation of
maintenance, inspections and repairs and optimisation
of preventative measures for wind energy turbines.
We maintain diverse components and modules. Our
work is characterised by a high degree of flexibility and
close cooperation with partners and customers.
ROTOR, TOWER AND FOUNDATION
We offer qualified inspections, regular maintenance
and the repair of damaged plant components and use
rope access technology and special working platforms
to implement preventative measures.

We provide various decommissioning and dismantling
works of wind energy turbines. These include: removal
of blades, nacelle and tower; removal of internal cables
and electrical components; excavation of foundations
and external cables; recycling of plant components.

STEEL CONSTRUCTION
The availability of machines and plants is of highest
importance in all industries.
We provide commissioning and preventive maintenance
and ensure the fast rectification of faults in industrial
plants. Our service cover the assembly and disassembly
of machines and plants, rigging, commissioning support,
welding, NDT and corrosion protection.
PLANNING AND INSTALLING
PV
As an operator of our own PV stations, we understand
the concerns and needs of our customers.
We provide complete service packages for planning and
installation of photovoltaic systems. These cover aspects
such as concept development, land or roof surface
acquisition, planning and approval procedures, grid
connection, procurement, construction management,
construction supervision and commissioning.

We have developed modular training concepts, where
all relevant aspects of theory and practice are clearly

Rheinland Academy. The IQTC can issue PersCert TÜV
certificates in SCC.
The training center is certified in line with DIN EN
ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 and accredited
according to SCC rules and regulations.
