• Don’t have your card yet? You don’t need to wait for<br />
your card to arrive in the mail — you can print a<br />
temporary one online. Then, use the location finder<br />
to find a gym near you <strong>with</strong> the amenities you’d like.<br />
• Check in at the front desk <strong>with</strong> your SilverSneakers card<br />
or photo ID. You’ll spend a few minutes to register at the<br />
location, and then you’ll be ready to begin!<br />
• Now that you made it inside your new gym, don’t forget<br />
to ask for a free orientation. You can introduce yourself<br />
to the instructors, and get some pointers on how to use<br />
the equipment.<br />
• What kind of workout do you like? Check out what<br />
classes are offered — we have something for<br />
everyone’s ability level. If a class isn’t for you and<br />
you prefer to work out on your own, that’s fine! Take<br />
advantage of any workout equipment you’d like.<br />
