TERMS AND CONDITIONS<br />

• All menus & details are correct at time of going to print but could be subject to change due to unforeseen<br />

circumstances.<br />

• All Reservations will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 14 days pending a non<br />

refundable deposit of £10 per person.<br />

• Full pre payment is required by 31st October <strong>2016</strong>, bookings will be released without notice if the full payment<br />

is not received on time.<br />

• All payments (deposits, final balances, additional guests, pre order drinks) are non refundable or transferable<br />

even in the event of adverse weather or bereavement and cannot be used towards any other product.<br />

• Parties of fewer than 10 guests may be seated with other guests.<br />

• Special dietary requirements should be notified at least one week in advance.<br />

• We reserve the right to search personal belongings; any guests found bringing their own alcohol into the venue<br />

may be refused entry to the party night.<br />

• Gift bags containing alcohol must be left at reception to collect at the end of the evening.<br />

• Should numbers reduce between the time of booking and making final payments deposits already paid cannot<br />

be used against the final balance.<br />

• All bedroom reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.<br />

• In the event of the hotel cancelling a date an alternative will be offered or full refund given.<br />

• Please note that food service cannot be held for latecomers. Events are sold as a package including meal &<br />

entertainment. No discounts are offered for guests arriving after the meal.<br />

• A beverage pre order form will be sent to the party organiser. Due to the numbers attending these events we<br />

strongly recommend that an initial amount of beverage be pre ordered.<br />

• Dress code for festive events is smart casual no jeans or trainers will be allowed, the management reserve the<br />

right to refuse admission.<br />

• Restaurant bookings of 10 or more guests require a £5 per person deposit and full payment 1 week prior<br />

• No credit will be authorised on the night.<br />

• Should any damage occur to the hotel or hotel property during the event, a charge will be imposed to cover the<br />

cost of such damage.
