Project References
Strategic engagement providing Design/Build Integration services for
5 global data centers throughout Asia Pacific, including 3 centers in
Singapore. Microsoft’s expansion into Asia Pacific required the
integration and provisioning of AV services complete with Command
Centers, Conference Rooms, and IT Data Centers.
Facebook’s global initiative requires standardization of AV services. As
Facebook expands globally, they require the same sophisticated
capabilities in their international offices. Our design teams consulted
and provided Design, Build and Manage Services for all of the event
spaces in Singapore, Paris, Dublin, and London. These spaces are
designed as hybrid spaces for both Professional Broadcast and
Production as well as “Do It Yourself” user-friendly presentation spaces.
From Dublin to Cairo, Sao Paulo to Bratislava and Ehningen, IBM is
reinventing their workplace to provide visual communication tools to
enhance their team’s ability to virtually meet with customers and
subject matter experts, solving problems and making decisions more
quickly and to create a work environment for recruiting and retaining a
younger workforce accustomed to having ubiquitous collaborative
technology. By elegantly outfitting meeting areas with reliable, easy to
use electronic tools, Diversified has designed and integrated the
solutions that allow them to create the unique workplaces desired.
Samsung required a highly advanced, intuitive and secure Executive
Briefing Center for its World Headquarters in Seoul, Korea and turned
to Diversified for the complete design/build. The space features
sophisticated encryption and shielding as well as collaborative
telestration capabilities per seat. A Chairman’s Presentation Room,
auditorium, and break-out rooms are also part of the seamlessly
integrated, LEED certified project.

The Intercontinental Exchange relocated its Atlanta, Georgia offices and
consulted with Diversified on implementing sophisticated, elegantly
incorporated technologies to attract today’s workforce while conveying
its brand. We designed and installed integrated collaborative &
presentation technologies throughout including video walls, Digital
Signage and purpose-built systems for Network & Security Ops Center
along with efficient features such as Room Scheduling.
The forum for Apple’s product introductions, corporate meeting and
special events, Apple Town Hall, made famous by the iconic late Steve
Jobs, underwent a technology upgrade. Along with a new stage and
projection systems, they wanted an exceptional lighting and sound
system for the Cupertino, California venue. Within a compressed time
schedule, Diversified delivered an aesthetically integrated AVL system.

HIGHER EDUCATION
MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT
The prestigious Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern
University underwent and full AV upgrade. Included was an AV
Operations NOC, Broadcast Studio, 100+ AV-equipped spaces, Digital
Signage, and Distance Learning technology. Diversified completed the
full design/build of this ambitious project.
Stanford University was seeking an AV contractor to design/build the
audio-visual infrastructure at their new Graduate School of Business–
Knight Management Center. Diversified was chosen to lead this
substantial endeavor. It included the design and installation of a main
equipment room, a distributed fiber backbone for eight new buildings,
and AV presentation capabilities for over 150 rooms.
Leader of the Supply Chain and Logistics Institute, Dr. Benoit Montreuil
directs the International Physical Internet Center at Georgia Tech,
collaborating with his students to research and develop innovative
methodologies and technologies which enable businesses to thrive in
a hyper-connected world. Diversified integrated sophisticated
interactive video walls, SmartBoards and projection along with
elegantly controlled lighting, shades and multi-source content sharing
for effective ideation and research.
Red Bull sought to support musicians by providing a unique recording
experience with top production tools. Consulting with Diversified, Red
Bull Media House was designed with a state-of-the-art recording studio
to produce and distribute multimedia content. Diversified managed all
aspects of the Los Angeles project including set design and a custom
gamer’s console.
Legendary Entertainment, the film production company, required
audio-visual systems for their new headquarters in the heart of
Burbank, CA’s Media District. Working with architect Felderman
Keatinge & Associates (FKA) and Taslimi Construction, Diversified was
responsible for all audio-visual system design and integrations, which
included high-end conference room capabilities, a new screening
room, a video effects room, and an IPTV system. The studio is well
equipped to continue making hit films for years to come.
When Comcast decided to consolidate the facilities of their two Los-
Angeles-based programming services, G4 and E!, they realized a new
HD Production Control Room was needed. Diversified quickly
assembled an outstanding project team and a lot of logistical help from
its Santa Clara office. Working over and under the construction trades
doing the tenant improvements was challenging at best; but close
coordination kept the project on track, and the entire design-tocompletion
cycle took only 10-weeks.

BROADCAST SYSTEMS
Munhak Baseball Stadium (SK Wyverns) in Incheon, South Korea
wanted to go big, and they did! Diversified installed a massive 205’ x
57’ LED Scoreboard and manages its stunning content in crisp 3840 x

Wanting a more engaging fan experience, The Miami Dolphins
engaged in a multiphase renovation of Sun Life Stadium in Miami, FL.
Diversified provided consultation across the breadth of the project and
design/build of the Client Preview Center with its extensive AV
integration as well as the Video Control Room and the stadium’s
broadcast infrastructure. Diversified also overhauled the bowl’s audio
and provided Media Asset Management.
Home of the Jets & the Giants, MetLife Stadium required an IPTV
system with the ability to produce agile content branded for each of
the New York teams. Diversified was selected by Verizon as the project
integration firm. We provided engineering, configuration, installation
and testing of a state-of-the-art Cisco System, comprised of over 2,000
televisions.
Diversified led the integration and coordination of four scopes within
the United Nations New York Headquarters’ project: the rebuild of the
broadcast infrastructure, Media Asset Management, Conference
Microphones and Simultaneous Translation System and coordination
of AV integration. Hundreds of hours of thoughtful design and
engineering, along with our vast multidisciplinary core of capabilities
resulted in a successful completion in time for the UN staff relocation.

Gear Room. The Diversified engineering, project management and
installation teams carefully engineered a transition strategy, assuring
that CNN remained on air throughout the renovation and that the
project was completed on time.
With the broadcast of an NFL pre-season game just months away,
Raycom Sports, with rights to the Atlantic Coast Conferences men’s
basketball and football telecasts, turned to Diversified to design and
build out its 53-foot mobile production truck. Operable on fiber or triax
and compatible with companies like ESPN and Fox, the HD full-curbside
expandable, built in our Santa Clara facility, meets the growing demand.

FINANCIAL SERVICES
A world-renowned leader dedicated to the care and comfort of
children, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis turned to
Diversified for multiple innovative projects that provide collaboration
with Physicians around the world as well as interactive displays that
entertain and heal. We’ve integrated various meeting and
presentation spaces throughout the facility with shared audio, video
and streaming capabilities and are currently completing a project that
will allow for the children to interact with different gaming systems
and custom programs using interactive displays and video walls.
This massive interactive display at Boston Children’s Hospital delights
young patients and their families as their imaginations run wild and
away from their worries. The slightest gesture makes the media wall
come to life. See it in action.
This renowned Florida medical center’s tele-stroke program diagnoses
and treats stroke victims remotely, using real-time video conferencing.
With no disruption in service, the center sought to extend its services
to populations in remote areas. Diversified provided consultation,
design and deployment of a Cisco Telepresence system offering
healthcare for cerebrovascular patients along with other conditions.
Diversified continues to support through On-Site and remote managed
service programs.
Spanning over a decade, Diversified has completed Design-Only, Build-
Only and Design/Build projects for this Fortune 50/Global 100 Financial
Services Institution. Our many projects with the firm include the
installation of a state-of-the-art HD auditorium, control rooms, multiroom
conference centers, multi-purpose divide/combine rooms,
training rooms, trading floors, TV head-end and distribution.
PIMCO is one of the world’s largest asset management firms with nearly
$2 trillion in assets under management. Diversified was chosen first to
design and then to build their HQ office Auditorium system in Newport
Beach, CA. The system is comprised of 1.9 mm dot pitch LED walls, tiles
narrow-mullion LED displays and broadcast-level cameras, switchers
and control surfaces.
Diversified provided AV design consultation for the most complicated
and Executive-facing systems for this Fortune 100 Financial Services
leader. Among our completed projects is their Global Multimedia
Control Room, Corporate Television Studio, Restack of their HQ
building and Creation of new digital room standards.

ADVERTISING & RETAIL
IPTV
The spectacular 25,000+ square-foot HD Digital Billboard spans the
Broadway façade of the Marriott Marquis Hotel in the heart of New
York City’s Times Square. Diversified was chosen to design, furnish and
install content management and monitoring systems for the display as
well as provide ongoing management and support services.
Regal LA LIVE is one of the most well-known movie theaters in the film
industry capital. We sought to expand the magic on the screen to the
lobby as you walked into the building. Included was an animated box
office, concession and menu boards and 22 visual touchpoints across
62 displays.
Adspace Mall Networks provides domination in America’s best malls
with over 3600 screens in their network. With their Digital Signage
advertising being viewed by 71 million unique visitors every month,
mission critical operation is a must. Diversified was chosen to not only
manage their content and network but also provide design/installation
services as older technology requires upgrading.
Among additional technology projects across their new Sports Network
Campus in Stamford, Connecticut, NBC Sports contracted with
Diversified to implement a facility-wide IPTV/QAM System. The system
included DirecTV antennas, IPTV headend, TV’s, distribution over fiber
to each of the 10 IDF’s for both the 256 channel QAM system and the
DirecTV L-Band signals feeding over 700 QAM TV’s.
Located 50 miles from the Port of Spain, just off the coast of Trinidad,
Edison Chouest Offshore’s Island Intervention is a support vessel for a
BP oil rig. Diversified installed a satellite entertainment system that
delivers DirecTV Caribbean programming, a critical amenity for crew at
sea. The installation required extensive HUET (Helicopter Underwater
Egress Training) as the installation team required helicopter transport.
Diversified has installed IPTV systems in a number of other support
vessels as well.
Delivered by a hybrid fiber/coax backbone located on the 19 th floor of
the 51-story skyscraper, signal is distributed to all video systems
throughout Shell’s New Orleans Corporate location. This was our third
DirecTV IPTV system installation for Shell.

MISSION CRITICAL
GOVERNMENT
We provided a cutting edge NOC for United Airlines, which is critical
for their complex day-to-day operations. The Diversified team provided
consultation and installation services while keeping ergonomics and
ease of use in mind. Our goal was to make this integration seamless
and weave our solutions into the framework of their systems.
Our international services worked closely with Kuwait Oil Company to
provide a unique command and control center for collaborative and
traditional operations. Our design team incorporated Moving Video
Walls and Rotating Consoles to augment this mission critical
environment. Now this Analysis and Decision Making Facility can
create the efficiency and productivity they require for such a volatile
market.
Georgia Systems Operations ensures fulfillment of member-owner’s
electricity demands, from generation to distribution. GSOC recently
upgraded its transmission control center to modernize operations and
provide greater situational awareness to its operators. Diversified
integrated an 8x4 matrix of 70” displays with Barco CMS Control Room
Management software for control of the main wall and adjacent
displays with extensive collaborative capabilities.
The Emergency Command Center of Prince George’s County serves as
the Office of Homeland Security headquarters, as well as the county’s
911 back-up center, emergency management, and emergencyoperations
center. Diversified delivered a comprehensive Video Display
system, Digital Media Presentation System, Video Wall and multiple
displays. The scalable system is interconnected with multiple endpoints
and compatible across network systems as well as other facilities.
The United States Air Force, through the Office of Public Affairs and Air
Force News Organization, is tasked with supporting local commanders
in enhancing global communications. We provided the design/build of
a robust architecture that supports the ability to incorporate broadcast
schedules from San Antonio while enabling local operators to conduct
last minute program interruptions with breaking news, special
information or base-wide alert messages. This system was replicated
and installed in 10 locations around the world.
The Lake Nona Veterans Administration Medical Center in Orlando,
Florida offers comprehensive medical and spiritual care. To support the
needs of the veterans, staff and faculty, Diversified developed a
consolidated media system including automated A/V, media control,
presentation systems, intelligent learning boards, digital video walls
and building automation system with the goal of conserving energy
while maximizing the use of innovative and interactive technologies.

HOUSE OF WORSHIP
Serving 30,000+ parishioners in the greater Atlanta area, 12Stone
Church faced challenges in bringing its message to followers across
their satellite campuses, particularly real-time distribution of live
teaching. Diversified developed Mobil Pro, a self-contained mobile AVL
church solution that sets up and dismantles in under an hour.
Heading up the integration of the low-maintenance, energy-efficient,
31’ x 18’ LED wall, along with the upgrade of the broadcast and video
production facilities of First Baptist Church in Orlando, Florida,
Diversified replaced the church’s copper infrastructure with fiber,
allowing for dynamic content display as well as future growth.
Passion City Church set out to create a new worship experience through
dynamic lighting, imagery and sound for its modern generation of
Atlanta area worshippers. Diversified incorporated a world-class sound
system, stunning edge-blended projection that spans the stage and a
five-camera production system, delivering a fully engaging, spiritual
experience for the high-tech congregation.
