If at any time we do not, we will give you three month’s fees free of charge*.
We will respond to phone calls within 4 hours and emails within 24 hours,

We will always review the rent 60 days prior to the expiry of a fixed term
agreement. You will be supplied with comparable properties to provide
accurate data to maximise your return.
We will carry out a minimum of 2 inspections per year and provide a detailed
report to you with video.
General repair requests will be attended to within 2 working days,
urgent repairs within 4 hours.
You will have access to our online portal 24/7 anywhere in the world with
details of your tenancy.
We will follow up on all rent arrears, quickly, and in accordance with the
requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010.
