Kids participate in a variety of fun activities at this year’s Peter Pan Birthday Club party.
Each year, Cook Children’s Peter Pan Birthday Club celebrates the goodwill of its
members with a birthday bash. This year’s party took place in Cook Children’s atrium March 27.
Drizzly weather did not deter party goers who enjoyed face painting, a balloon artist, caricature sketches
and a roving magician. More than 100 children and parents enjoyed Dippin’ Dots ice cream and tutti fruity
popcorn while celebrating.
Peter Pan Birthday Club members forego birthday gifts and instead ask that contributions be made
to Cook Children’s. Last year, there were 93 Peter Pan Birthday Club members, 56 of which were new
members. Cook Children’s Peter Pan Birthday Club is open to all children and is designed to foster and
encourage philanthropy at a young age.
