Location: The house is situated in a quiet location, directly at<br />
the “Aberg“ cable car. The center of <strong>Maria</strong> <strong>Alm</strong> with shopping<br />
possibilities and restaurants is approx. 1km away.<br />
Facilities: The newly built apartment building consists of 10<br />
modern furnished apartments, game room with table tennis<br />
and table soccer, elevator and parking in front of the house<br />
(subject to availability). Additionally, guests are offered a ski<br />
cellar, a coin-operated washing machine and free WLAN<br />
throughout the house.<br />
The appending hotel next door is equipped with a new<br />
entrance area (2014), reception, dining room, parlor, café, restaurant and hotel bar. Accepted credit cards:<br />
Master Card, Visa, Maestro. Spoken languages: German, English.<br />
Wellness: The relaxation area on the ground floor offers a sauna and an infrared cabin.<br />

The apartments are modern and comfortably furnished. They offer 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 sofa<br />
bed for 2 children under age 13 in the living room (on request there is a bunk sofa bed in one of the bed<br />
rooms for children under age 12 available). Bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, urinal and separate toilet.<br />
Living room with kitchenette and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with 2 ceramic glass plates, oven,<br />
microwave, kettle, washing machine, fridge with freezer and tassimo (coffee) machine. The apartments offer<br />
3 flat screens with cable TV (in each room), WLAN, safe and partly balcony.<br />
