La Tua Pasta is an established UK producer of Authentic Fresh<br />
Pasta of the finest quality. The company was set up in 2006 by<br />
Francesco & Caroline Boggian with the idea that “great people<br />
and a positive environment will give us great pasta”.<br />
La Tua Pasta has been awarded every single year by the Fine<br />
<strong>Food</strong> Guild and this year alone La Tua were the most awarded<br />
fresh pasta company with 11 gold awards! La Tua Pasta is also<br />
fully accredited by the prestigious Craft Guild of Chefs and<br />
proud to be certified by Salsa.<br />
All La Tua pasta is made using a blend of selected 00 and<br />
Durum Wheat flours. It has a high egg content (28%) so<br />
that the pasta is consistent and keeps the cooking well. All<br />
fillings are cooked from scratch in our kitchens: pumpkins<br />
are manually cut and roasted in the oven, mushrooms slowly<br />
cooked with white wine, garlic and parsley and so on.<br />
The result is a pasta that is so good and so fresh that chefs<br />
are proud to serve it in restaurants as their own creation.<br />
Our fresh pasta is suitable for any Restaurant, Hotel , Pub<br />
or Catering as it can be used as a starter, main, side dish or<br />
snack. It is very easy and quick to prepare: cooks in a few<br />
minutes directly from frozen! It is also a great value for money<br />
(18 main portions or 30 starter portions per 3kg packs).
