It’s never too late to get active, so why not start the day right and get up and<br />

moving with Jan’s Seniors Exercise class? Have fun moving to music through a<br />

variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and<br />

coordination. Look after yourself and become energised by moving every<br />

Highlighted as our feature event, and proudly supported by VACountry and Rainbow<br />

Network, <strong>Cobaw</strong> will screen the award winning Australian documentary Scrum<br />

which tells a story of determination, acceptance, and brotherhood that’s changing<br />

the way people view sport, masculinity and homosexuality. Following the screening<br />

will be a Q&A panel featuring a key selection of local professionals that specialise in<br />

or work closely supporting men.
