His current responsibilities include tenant representation, retail site selection and analysis, retail leasing and sales, as well as site acquisition for shopping centers and freestanding retail buildings. Daniel A.D. Clark VICE PRESIDENT, COLUMBUS OFFICE Daniel A. D. Clark, who has been with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC since January 2002, is a Vice President in the Columbus, Ohio, office. Daniel specializes in representation of retailers and developers in their site selection, multi-parcel land assemblage, leasing, investment analysis and the development/ redevelopment process throughout Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. Kyle Hartung VICE PRESIDENT / DIRECTOR OF INVESTMENT SALES Kyle Hartung is the Vice President, Director of Investment Sales with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. Kyle graduated from the University of Nebraska with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and International Business and a B.A. in Spanish. He has extensive experience in all aspects of owner/seller and tenant/buyer representation. During his 12 years with Goodman Real Estate Services Group, Kyle has represented clients in a broad assortment of transactions, including sales and acquisitions of buildings and land, leases of several types of property, and lease extensions and renegotiations. Combining his financial background with his years of retail leasing and sales experience, Kyle started the investment sales division of the company from the ground up. Shortly thereafter, he was appointed Director of Investment Sales for the company.
