Our Team (continued) Anne M. Santora DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS Anne M. Santora is the Director of Operations at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. Anne has worked as a support person in the commercial real estate business for over 28 years. She graduated from Dyke College in 1987 with a B.S. in Secretarial Administration. Anne spent ten years with The Hausman Companies, first as a management secretary and then as the office manager. She has also held positions with First Union Management and Omni Realty Company. Having been with Goodman Real Estate Services Group since 2000, Anne oversees the company’s computer systems, including all hardware and material production machines. Her responsibilities touch almost every part of the operation of the company, including financial operations, human resources and administrative functions. Anne’s knowledge of the company’s services provides the professional service team with executive support that allows them to maximize their time working on marketing properties and servicing their clients’ plans and strategies. Michelle Wolanin DIRECTOR OF MARKETING Michelle Wolanin is the Director of Marketing at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. Michelle graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. From her previous position with a Fortune 500 company division, she brings nine years of significant marketing background to the company. Michelle’s responsibilities range from overall company marketing supervision, including maintaining the company website and social media sites and coordinating advertising to providing customized collateral for the leasing and sales team. Her duties extend to the company’s ongoing market research and analysis and specific client market presentations supporting the company’s tenant representation services. Deirdre Gillen ASSOCIATE - CLIENT SERVICES Deirdre Gillen is an Associate in the Columbus office of Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC and specializes in Client Services. Deirdre graduated from the University of Evansville in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in French and International Studies. She joined Goodman in August of 2013 and quickly became an integral part of the Goodman team. Deirdre conducts market research, property analysis, site acquisition and selection analysis, and assists Dan Clark in compiling information and producing materials for various projects and site tours, including maps, aerials, data and information required by the client. Her primary objective is to assist in the growth of the Columbus office and advance the goals and objectives of the company. Alex Justice ASSOCIATE & MARKETING SPECIALIST Alex Justice is an Associate & Marketing Specialist at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. She graduated from The Ohio State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences. Alex’s experience in marketing as a social media ambassador for Major League Baseball has equipped her with a unique understanding of the need and value of creating content and engaging customers that goes beyond standard marketing procedures. Her responsibilities range from supporting property sales and leasing . goals by driving lead generation to developing and extending various other property marketing programs for the company’s 11 million square feet of listed properties. Our Team (continued) Jackie Gardner MARKETING SPECIALIST Jackie Gardner is a Marketing Specialist at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. She graduated from Cleveland State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Jackie’s experience in strategic planning, creative development, public relations, social media and web marketing significantly benefits the company’s every day marketing efforts. Jackie’s responsibilities include developing and executing marketing materials for all properties. Concurrently, she monitors and updates multiple property databases, tracks and announces all noteworthy deals to applicable sources, and builds and manages social media profiles and presence. Along with marketing opportunities to fellow brokerages, she selectively markets each individual property to tenants that would be an ideal fit in the area, to the benefit of both landlord and tenant. Heather Bowden-Ebright ASSOCIATE & MARKETING SPECIALIST Heather Bowden-Ebright is a Marketing Specialist in the Columbus office at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. She graduated from the University of Michigan and has been a Columbus resident since 2004. Heather’s previous work experience in city and urban planning at the local and state levels brings the company a unique perspective into the Central Ohio market. She works with the Columbus area brokers and agents to assemble information and produce the marketing plans for property listings. Heather’s duties also include assisting in the development of strategic goals and preparation of market penetration plans. She most recently worked as the marketing and strategic sales coordinator for a small, start-up business while also working in residential real estate rehabilitating and leasing investment properties in the neighborhood of Olde Towne East. Alyssa Lawrence MARKETING COORDINATOR Alyssa Lawrence is the Marketing Coordinator at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. She graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Marketing. Her background includes experience in customer service and radio promotions, which provide great communication and marketing skills to the company. Alyssa collaborates with the marketing team to provide market research, analysis, and produce customized presentations for the leasing and sales team and the company’s clients. She also works closely with the Director of Marketing, producing materials for various company projects. Cassandra Pietrantozzi OFFICE COORDINATOR Cassandra Pietrantozzi is the Office Coordinator at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. She graduated from Ohio University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a minor in Communications. Cassandra’s education and work experience in retail and customer service brings strong organization and communication skills to the company.
