T: The letter T, immediately after the mechanical strength symbol,

Frame
NB: The A, B, F, and S markings on frame and lens represent tests carried out on
each component and therefore may be different – in which case the lower level
must be assigned to the complete unit when making an assessment.
*EN 166 option K : resistance to surface damage by fine particles. For the lenses
to comply, light diffusion after abrasion must be less than 5 candelas 2 per m
*EN 166 option N : fog resistance. For the lenses to comply, they must be fog-free
for a minimum of 8 seconds at 100°C.
