• Complete the application form in full, making sure you sign Section 3 (where applicable)
and the agreement in Section 4.
• Detach the completed form and return it to:

Alternatively hand it to your local representative.
• Any changes to your company name or status may necessitate the opening of a new account –
please notify our Accounts Dept on 0114 273 8349.
• Our Terms & Conditions of Sale are available on request, and are also printed in full on our invoices.
What then?
• We carry out a credit check, and within 48 hours you account will be open and ready for use.
• You will receive written confirmation of your Customer Account Number
(which you should quote on all orders), and your Credit Terms.
• Any future changes to your account, eg. an increase or restriction to your credit limit,
will be notified in writing.
