Ajit Isaac<br />

Chairman & Managing Director<br />

Ajit Isaac is the Chairman and Managing Director and CEO of our Company. He holds a masters degree in Arts in Social Work from<br />

the University of Madras and has completed the Managers for Leadership Course from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. He<br />

is responsible for the daily operations and takes strategic decisions for our Company. He was nominated for the India Forbes<br />

Leadership Awards, 2011 under the category of “Outstanding Startup” and for the CII Regional Emerging Entrepreneur Awards,<br />

2011. He has 25 years of experience in the field of human resource and corporate management. Prior to joining our company, he<br />

was the country manager for India and Middle East of Adecco Peopleone India Limited. He has been a director of our Company<br />

since April 2009 and Chairman and Managing Director since May 2013.<br />

Vivek Arora<br />

CEO<br />

Vivek Arora is the CEO of our Company and has been associated with Quess since January 27, 2009. He holds a bachelor’s degree in<br />

Technology (Computer Science) from the University of Allahabad. He has over 16 years of experience in the service industry ranging<br />

from IT, human resources and facility management services and heads our Dubai operations and integrated facility management<br />

business. Prior to joining our Company, he worked in a management role with Strategic Manpower Solutions Limited.
