Cancellations require 24 hours notice to
avoid a 50% charge of your total treatment
cost.
Tint tests are required at least 24 hours
before your appointment.
Treatment courses require a 20% deposit at
time of booking. The remainder of the
course cost is split over 4 payments. The
course must be paid in full on the day of
your last treatment.
Clients under 16 require parental consent.
Gift Vouchers can be purchasd for any
treatment or an amount, the perect gift for
that special person in your life. Gift
vouchers can also be purchased over
the phone by credit/debit card and sent
directly to the recipient or yourself.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date
of purchase.
The Therapy Room recommends you book
your treatments as soon as possible to
avoid disappointment as expiry dates
cannot be extended.
