Size Guide 

The Right fit feels & looks better! 

The dedicated team at Impressions is constantly working hard to assure that customers receive the best apparel. Our products 

have a comfortable cut for an easy fitting. Please see the chart below to determine your size. 

(A) Length from HSP: 

Measure Straight down the front from HSP (highest shoulder point) to the point level with your thumb knuckle. 

(B) Chest / Bust: 

Measure under your arm hole around the fullest of your chest/bust in full circle. 

( C) Shoulder to Shoulder: 

Measure from the end of right shoulder seam to the end of left shoulder seam. 

(D) Sleeve length: 

Measure from the end of the shoulder seam to end of sleeve length (including Cuff). 

(E) Waist: 

Measure at top of your waist band one side to other side in full circle. 

(F) Hip: 

Measure at the widest point of your hip Position in circle consider 20 cm or 8” down at your waist band. 

(G) Inseam Length: 

Measure from the end of your crotch point to straight to your pant bottom ending. Make sure set this in straight 

Position. 

(H) Out Seam: 

Measure from the top of your waist band to pant bottom. keep your tape outer side of your leg and get this in straight 

Position.

Terms & Conditions 

Order Quantity: 

100 Pcs per style per color minimum (subject to availability of fabric in stock) for immediate delivery. 

1000 Pcs per style assorted color for bulk production (as we have to import fabric from overseas). 

Proforma Invoice: 

On receipt of your order quantity or purchase order, we will issue a proforma invoice which will enable you to make 

advance payment. 

Specs & Sketchs: 

Specs and sketches will be submitted to customer along with the proforma invoice (If required). 

Approvals: 

On receipt of proforma invoice duly signed by the customer or purchase order will enable us to start first sample. 

Customer must approve the fabric, color and quality before immediate production. 

Customer must approve the per-production sample before starting bulk production. 

Customer must approve the screen printing/embroidery/decoration work before beginning the production. 

Customer can perform quality inspection during production if desire. 

Embroidery & Screen Printing: 

Above prices included one logo embroidery (up to 500 stitches) or screen printed (one color). Separate price will be 

quote for more than one logo/color. 

Embroidery setup charges AED 100 and Screen Printing setup charges AED 200 will be charged for sampling. 

This amount will not be charged if we will receive the bulk order from the customer. 

Measurement: 

Above prices quoted based on standard UK size body measurement. For customer measurement will be up charged 

200% of prices to take individual measurements to produce garments. 

+/- 3% measurement tolerance will be acceptable. 

Packing: 

Each piece will be packed in a poly bag and then certain quantity will be packed in strong carton. 

Quantity Tolerance: 

+/- 3% quantity in delivery will be acceptable. 

Delivery: 

Above prices includes delivery anywhere within in UAE except remote areas. 

IMMEDIATE delivery will be made within 20-25 days subject to availability of fabric in stock. 

BULK delivery will be made within 60-90 days subject to availability of fabric in stock. 

Partial delivery will be acceptable. 

Note: Above delivery time starts once we receive advance payment, receipt of purchase order complete in all aspect & 

production sample approval by the customer for immediate delivery and bulk production 

Shipping: (Outside UAE) 

For UAE customers the prices include the delivery charges upto their office or warehouse. 

For overseas customers order will be shipped F.O.B. (Free on Board) Dubai basis. 

All Freight, local custom duties and clearing charges will be paid by the customers (for overseas customers only). 

Overseas shipments can be made by Air, Sea, Land or by Courier as per customers requirement. 

Payment Terms: 

50% advance and balance 50% at the time of delivery. 

100% Advance for the orders amount less than AED 5,000.00. 

Advance payment will be deducted in pro-rate basis in case of partial delivery invoice. 

Crossed Cheque should be made Payable to: AMCO APPAREL MFG. CO. 

Payment can also be made by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or directly deposit to our bank account.
