The salon offers a relaxing and positive environment. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will greet you, preform a thorough consultation and brew you a beverage while you relax in our massaging chairs and enjoy conversation with your stylist. Your shampoo includes a hot towel and scalp massage to help relieve the stress of your day. SALON OWNER Holly MacKillop My name is Holly. I am the owner of The Beauty Boutique. I started my salon with one chair, and a dream. I am thankful everyday that I am able to be part of a career that not only lets me be creative, it also lets me help others feel good about themselves. When someone walks into the salon having a bad day, seeing a smile on their face because they love their hair, that is the best part about my job because in that moment they feel amazing. I strongly believe that everyone should always feel beautiful, so, even though you are absolutely perfect exactly the way you are, if you feel like changing your look, my team and I are here to give your hair a boost. The Beauty Boutique started out in 2009, as a mobile salon service . 4 years later on March 13, 2013, it turned into a beautiful homebased salon, which won Platinum in the 2013 Readers Choice Awards for Best Hair Salon. After 2 years of hard work, dedication and passion for my craft, I was able to build a successful business and fortunate enough to meet amazing people who became loyal clients and great friends of mine. Surrounded by encouragement and support I moved my salon from my basement to a retail space and opened The Beauty Boutique on August 1st, 2015. It felt absolutely amazing to open the doors of The Beauty Boutique and during that year, the salon won Platinum for the second year in a row in the 2014 Reader's Choice Awards. As the salon continued to grow, My Fiance and I took advantage of another business expansion opportunity and relocated the small Boutique to a large 6 chair salon on August 1st 2015. Since then, our salon has grown and we have added highly trained stylists to our Beauty Team, whom I am so proud of. They work extremely hard and they genuinely care about you and your hair. This has been quite the journey and I can't wait to see what comes next. I am thrilled to have come so far in this industry and I am thankful to everyone who supports the salon. It all started with one chair and a dream - and none of it would be possible without you. Thank you!
