Monkfish Medallions wrapped in Serrano Ham on Spring Onion Mash<br />

(Duck, pheasant, pigeon, guinea fowl and turkey)<br />

• Five bird roast, served as a traditional Christmas Day luncheon, with chestnut and pork<br />

stuffing, seasonable vegetables (carrots, sprouts with chestnuts and bacon), sausages<br />

wrapped in bacon, roast and new potatoes, roast parsnips, mashed swede and<br />

lashings of jus<br />

balls, roasted with root vegetables set on lyonnaise potatoes<br />

with a sloe gin and citrus glaze<br />

• Apple crumble with clotted cream<br />

11:45 arrival, 12noon demonstration, lunch and<br />

wine tasting at 1pm, depart at 3pm.<br />

Each demonstation day includes a demonstration by our<br />

Catering Manager on how to prepare and cook local game, fowl<br />

and wild boar and includes a 2 course meal plus coffee, a wine<br />

demonstration and tasting from a local vintner.<br />

Wine tasting is 25ml per tasting for a total of 75ml.<br />

If you wish to buy a glass of wine this will be extra at the price<br />

displayed by the vintner on the day. The vintner will also be<br />

taking orders on the day if you wish to indulge.<br />
