The RacingLine VWR Monoblock Big Brake Upgrade<br />

brings the highest levels of race-proven brake<br />

technology, providing a real supercar look and feel in<br />

the braking department.<br />

The lightweight Monoblock construction is usually<br />

reserved for the highest-specification motorsport<br />

kits, being vastly stiffer and lighter than original,<br />

coming in at almost half the weight of the standard<br />

caliper. Meanwhile, a much bigger, fully-floating disc<br />

and enlarged pad area gives greater heat capacity,<br />

thus reducing the effect of fade,<br />

The RacingLine VWR Rear Disc/Rotor Upgrade<br />

replaces the original rear ventilated discs with<br />

beautifully engineered motorsport-inspired 2 piece<br />

ventilated, grooved discs and aluminium bells.<br />

As the dimensions of the original rears are retained<br />

this is a simple, direct replacement disc with no<br />

other changes needed to rear calipers. Not only do<br />

the replacement rear discs deliver a better<br />

resistance to warping under high heat applications,<br />

they also give a small reduction in unsprung mass.<br />

The VWR Brake Line Kits, made from the finest<br />

reinforced braided stainless steel are the pinnacle<br />

of brake line technology, race-proven in the most<br />

demanding of conditions for all Golf 7 and MQBplatform<br />

cars (although only those with electronic<br />

parking brake).<br />

These direct-replacement Brake Lines help to avoid<br />

the spongy pedal feel under demanding conditions<br />

as heat build-up grows, giving greater braking<br />

efficiency as well as providing superior resistance to<br />

any damage or corrosion.<br />

The VWR High-Flow Turbo 90 has been engineered<br />

as a simple upgrade to significantly increase air flow<br />

into the turbocharger. It’s the perfect complement<br />

to either our VWR R600 Cold Air Intake, the standard<br />

airbox or indeed any other aftermarket intake<br />

system.<br />

A simple fitment, the VWR High-Flow Turbo 90 is a<br />

large diameter, free flowing intake elbow, CNC<br />

machined from aluminium billet to replace the small<br />

and restrictive plastic factory inlet. Without it,<br />

you’re wasting the potential of your high-flow intake<br />

system!<br />

The VWR High-Flow Turbo Inlet Pipe for MQB Golf 7<br />

GTI/R plus Audi S3 has been engineered to increase<br />

air flow through to the turbocharger as the perfect<br />

compliment our VWR R600 Cold Air Intake or even<br />

the standard airbox.<br />

A simple fitment, it replaces the entire restrictive<br />

rear factory plastic ‘bellows’ pipe between the<br />

airbox and the turbocharger inlet pipe with an<br />

attractive high-gloss red, blue or black finish.<br />

The VWR Turbo Muffler Delete is a simple and costeffective<br />

upgrade. It’s a sleek single billet design<br />

which replaces the restrictive, power-robbing OEM<br />

part with a smooth, turbulence free air path exiting<br />

the turbo.<br />

What does it do? The standard part is located on<br />

the outlet of the turbo compressor and is simply<br />

designed to reduce engine bay acoustics. Whilst it<br />

subdues the harmonic noises generated by the<br />

turbo, it also adds in disruptive turbulence to the<br />

airflow right where you don't want it.<br />

Our Oil Catch Tank & Oil Management System is the<br />

ultimate oil separating catch can system for<br />

2.0TSI.<br />

Not all catch cans are created equal. The VWR<br />

system has a dual function: as well as routing<br />

undesirable oil and moisture vapours through a<br />

sophisticated system of internal baffles and a fully<br />

baffled catch can, the system also takes our track<br />

& motorsport experience of these engines to correct<br />

the problem of oil build-up in the top of the engine<br />

during high-G braking – just as the Golf and<br />

SEAT TCR EA888 touring cars use.<br />

The VWR Intercooler System is the best performing<br />

intercooler upgrade on offer for the MQB-platform<br />

cars, with proven race championship performance to<br />

back that up. The factory intercooler has shown<br />

itself to be unable to cope with the demands of<br />

higher power, hard driven cars.<br />

By consistently reducing intake air temperatures,<br />

heat soak is minimised delivering increased<br />

performance again and again without the recovery<br />

cool-down times needed for the OEM intercooler.<br />

The VWR Performance Silicone Hose Kit is designed<br />

to directly replace every single one of your original<br />

equipment rubber hoses with our ultra-high<br />

performance Silicone Hoses with Inner Fluro ‘G12 &<br />

G13-compliant’ lining in a choice of high-gloss red,<br />

blue or black to suit your car.<br />

The RacingLine Uprated Lower Engine Mount is a<br />

CNC-machined, fully engineered replacement unit<br />

and torque arm link to replace the soft, standard<br />

rubber mount. This mount significantly decreases<br />

engine and transmission movement, ensuring clean<br />

transfer of power to the road.<br />

By banishing the soft rubber movement in the<br />

standard mount, the difference is noticeable the<br />

first time you pull away after fitment, and on every<br />

aggressive gearchange after that (whether manual<br />

or DSG).<br />

Whilst we recommend the Lower Engine Mount<br />

upgrade alone for road cars, to harness more<br />

significant power increases, and transfer that power<br />

to the track, this full Uprated Drivetrain Mount Set<br />

and Torque Link will give a much more solid drive,<br />

and crucially add durability to any high-powered or<br />

hard-driven car.<br />

The full Uprated Drivetrain Mount Set are a CNCmachined,<br />

fully engineered replacement set of three<br />

mounts designed to greatly decrease engine and<br />

transmission movement, ensuring clean transfer of<br />

power to the track.<br />

The VWR QuickShift reduces the distance the<br />

gearlever needs to move to engage the next gear, so<br />

reducing the amount of time for each gearshift,<br />

cutting wasted time during those shifts.<br />

A simple modification for a manual 6-speed car, the<br />

VWR QuickShift shortens and adds weight to the<br />

travel of the gearlever by around 25% for quicker and<br />

more accurate changes. And of course, the pleasure<br />

of the shorter shift gearchange is very real for any<br />

driving enthusiast.<br />

centre section and smaller silencer box. This is the<br />

the dynamic soundtrack expected of a highperformance<br />

RacingLine Performance have been developing high quality performance hardware parts for nearly two decades -<br />

firmly establishing ourselves as the hardware brand of choice for Volkswagen Group vehicles. But we aren’t stopping<br />

there.<br />

We have been working flat out over the past two years to develop what we believe to be simply the best ECU Software<br />

Upgrades and TCU DSG Transmission Software in the VWG market, conceived from a very different approach. By<br />

bringing together a full suite of carefully developed software, all matched to work in perfect harmony with our evergrowing<br />

range of hardware, we truly believe that RacingLinePerformance can offer customers the most complete<br />

range of upgrades for their VWG car.<br />

Our new Software Upgrade range is named OEM+.<br />

This name reflects the investment that we’ve put<br />

in to developing our software in a new way –<br />

using OEM calibration techniques to deliver not<br />

only great power and beautiful torque increases,<br />

the smoothest calibrations, within factory safety<br />

S3/MQB 2.0T EA888 Gen 3. A complete, intelligently designed turn-key solution that blends ultimate performance with peace of<br />

mind. Choose this, and your car's performance will be getting right amongst the big league of supercars.<br />

We believe the design of our OEM+ Stage 3 kit to be the smartest on the market for the MQB-platform, as it reuses the stock<br />

factory IHI turbocharger housing as its base. The internals, however, are redesigned from scratch with our own turbine wheel<br />

and high-spec bearing pack to safely accommodate the increased power level.<br />

Why've we designed it this way? Well, not only does this mean that you can exchange your stock turbo for our Stage 3 kit, but<br />

also installation is simple and concern-free, as it reuses every factory fitment, oil line and coolant connections and even factory<br />

Power and drivability is exceptional. Power has been exceeding 500bhp with ease with this set-up in our dynamic testing,<br />

although we will be offering our full kit with our OEM+ Performance Software to deliver a little less - but still comfortably over<br />

450bhp - a power level which the MQB engine and drivetrain can accommodate time and time again.<br />
