operation of the Volkswagen Racing programme, developing our own race and rally cars around the
world for over a decade and a half with great success. But we know that greatmotorsport parts don’t
always make for great road car upgrades.
So we have taken all the lessons learned by our engineers who've been working with OEM
manufacturers over the years through our motorsport programme and Tier 1 supplier status, and used
all this expertise to develop the RacingLine Performance Parts and OEM+ Software range of
performance upgrades.
What’s behind every RacingLine product is our motorsport engineering team of true Volkswagen Group
enthusiasts, designing and developing every upgrade for enthusiasts.

The RacingLine VWR Monoblock Big Brake Upgrade
brings the highest levels of race-proven brake
technology, providing a real supercar look and feel in
the braking department.
The lightweight Monoblock construction is usually
reserved for the highest-specification motorsport
kits, being vastly stiffer and lighter than original,
coming in at almost half the weight of the standard
caliper. Meanwhile, a much bigger, fully-floating disc
and enlarged pad area gives greater heat capacity,
thus reducing the effect of fade,
The RacingLine VWR Rear Disc/Rotor Upgrade
replaces the original rear ventilated discs with
beautifully engineered motorsport-inspired 2 piece
ventilated, grooved discs and aluminium bells.
As the dimensions of the original rears are retained
this is a simple, direct replacement disc with no
other changes needed to rear calipers. Not only do
the replacement rear discs deliver a better
resistance to warping under high heat applications,
they also give a small reduction in unsprung mass.
The VWR Brake Line Kits, made from the finest
reinforced braided stainless steel are the pinnacle
of brake line technology, race-proven in the most
demanding of conditions for all Golf 7 and MQBplatform
cars (although only those with electronic
parking brake).
These direct-replacement Brake Lines help to avoid
the spongy pedal feel under demanding conditions
as heat build-up grows, giving greater braking
efficiency as well as providing superior resistance to
any damage or corrosion.

The VWR High-Flow Turbo 90 has been engineered
as a simple upgrade to significantly increase air flow
into the turbocharger. It’s the perfect complement
to either our VWR R600 Cold Air Intake, the standard
airbox or indeed any other aftermarket intake
system.
A simple fitment, the VWR High-Flow Turbo 90 is a
large diameter, free flowing intake elbow, CNC
machined from aluminium billet to replace the small
and restrictive plastic factory inlet. Without it,
you’re wasting the potential of your high-flow intake
system!
The VWR High-Flow Turbo Inlet Pipe for MQB Golf 7
GTI/R plus Audi S3 has been engineered to increase
air flow through to the turbocharger as the perfect
compliment our VWR R600 Cold Air Intake or even
the standard airbox.
A simple fitment, it replaces the entire restrictive
rear factory plastic ‘bellows’ pipe between the
airbox and the turbocharger inlet pipe with an
attractive high-gloss red, blue or black finish.
The VWR Turbo Muffler Delete is a simple and costeffective
upgrade. It’s a sleek single billet design
which replaces the restrictive, power-robbing OEM
part with a smooth, turbulence free air path exiting
the turbo.
What does it do? The standard part is located on
the outlet of the turbo compressor and is simply
designed to reduce engine bay acoustics. Whilst it
subdues the harmonic noises generated by the
turbo, it also adds in disruptive turbulence to the
airflow right where you don't want it.

Our Oil Catch Tank & Oil Management System is the
ultimate oil separating catch can system for
2.0TSI.
Not all catch cans are created equal. The VWR
system has a dual function: as well as routing
undesirable oil and moisture vapours through a
sophisticated system of internal baffles and a fully
baffled catch can, the system also takes our track
& motorsport experience of these engines to correct
the problem of oil build-up in the top of the engine
during high-G braking – just as the Golf and
SEAT TCR EA888 touring cars use.
The VWR Intercooler System is the best performing
intercooler upgrade on offer for the MQB-platform
cars, with proven race championship performance to
back that up. The factory intercooler has shown
itself to be unable to cope with the demands of
higher power, hard driven cars.
By consistently reducing intake air temperatures,
heat soak is minimised delivering increased
performance again and again without the recovery
cool-down times needed for the OEM intercooler.
The VWR Performance Silicone Hose Kit is designed
to directly replace every single one of your original
equipment rubber hoses with our ultra-high
performance Silicone Hoses with Inner Fluro ‘G12 &
G13-compliant’ lining in a choice of high-gloss red,
blue or black to suit your car.
Our Hose Kit is unique in that it is only developed for
the Golf 7 and other MQB-platform cars, ensuring
100% accuracy on every single hose.

The RacingLine Uprated Lower Engine Mount is a
CNC-machined, fully engineered replacement unit
and torque arm link to replace the soft, standard
rubber mount. This mount significantly decreases
engine and transmission movement, ensuring clean
transfer of power to the road.
By banishing the soft rubber movement in the
standard mount, the difference is noticeable the
first time you pull away after fitment, and on every
aggressive gearchange after that (whether manual
or DSG).
Whilst we recommend the Lower Engine Mount
upgrade alone for road cars, to harness more
significant power increases, and transfer that power
to the track, this full Uprated Drivetrain Mount Set
and Torque Link will give a much more solid drive,
and crucially add durability to any high-powered or
hard-driven car.
The full Uprated Drivetrain Mount Set are a CNCmachined,
fully engineered replacement set of three
mounts designed to greatly decrease engine and
transmission movement, ensuring clean transfer of
power to the track.
The VWR QuickShift reduces the distance the
gearlever needs to move to engage the next gear, so
reducing the amount of time for each gearshift,
cutting wasted time during those shifts.
A simple modification for a manual 6-speed car, the
VWR QuickShift shortens and adds weight to the
travel of the gearlever by around 25% for quicker and
more accurate changes. And of course, the pleasure
of the shorter shift gearchange is very real for any
driving enthusiast.

For the ultimate performance, the VWR Full System
uses a 200 CPSI Hi-Flow Sports Catalyst carefully
positioned in the downpipe designed to maximize
flow and minimise turbulence, especially important
when combined with an OEM+ Stage 2 calibration.
The Golf 7R 'Cup Edition' uses a non-resonated
centre section and smaller silencer box. This is the
highest flow, least restrictive system available, with
the dynamic soundtrack expected of a highperformance
exhaust.

RacingLine Performance have been developing high quality performance hardware parts for nearly two decades -
firmly establishing ourselves as the hardware brand of choice for Volkswagen Group vehicles. But we aren’t stopping
there.
We have been working flat out over the past two years to develop what we believe to be simply the best ECU Software
Upgrades and TCU DSG Transmission Software in the VWG market, conceived from a very different approach. By
bringing together a full suite of carefully developed software, all matched to work in perfect harmony with our evergrowing
range of hardware, we truly believe that RacingLinePerformance can offer customers the most complete
range of upgrades for their VWG car.
Our new Software Upgrade range is named OEM+.
This name reflects the investment that we’ve put
in to developing our software in a new way –
using OEM calibration techniques to deliver not
only great power and beautiful torque increases,
but also to uphold our responsibility to preserve
the smoothest calibrations, within factory safety
levels, whilst keeping economy good. It's only by
reprogramming the very basis of the controller
itself that we can achieve the results we get -
just as the manufacturers themselves work.
It’s what our engineers have been doing on our
race, rally and track cars for the past 20 years,
but taking this extensive experience and applying
it to road cars.

S3/MQB 2.0T EA888 Gen 3. A complete, intelligently designed turn-key solution that blends ultimate performance with peace of
mind. Choose this, and your car's performance will be getting right amongst the big league of supercars.
We believe the design of our OEM+ Stage 3 kit to be the smartest on the market for the MQB-platform, as it reuses the stock
factory IHI turbocharger housing as its base. The internals, however, are redesigned from scratch with our own turbine wheel
and high-spec bearing pack to safely accommodate the increased power level.
Why've we designed it this way? Well, not only does this mean that you can exchange your stock turbo for our Stage 3 kit, but
also installation is simple and concern-free, as it reuses every factory fitment, oil line and coolant connections and even factory
gaskets. And if you already have a performance downpipe and intake system, it's all resuable with our Stage 3.
Power and drivability is exceptional. Power has been exceeding 500bhp with ease with this set-up in our dynamic testing,
although we will be offering our full kit with our OEM+ Performance Software to deliver a little less - but still comfortably over
450bhp - a power level which the MQB engine and drivetrain can accommodate time and time again.
