Annual Plan — Full payment may be made by cheque, e-transfer, or credit card (subject to
fees). Cheque payments must be post-dated for April 1, 2017 and submitted no later than
March 1, 2017.
Quarterly Plan and Monthly Plan — Payment by installments may be made by cheque
(post-dated), credit card (subject to fees), or by Pre-Authorized Debits (PAD). For PAD, please
submit a VOID cheque at time of registration.

Annual Enrolment Fee — A non-refundable annual enrolment fee of $300 is due upon registration
for all students.
Activity Fee — A $500 fee covering the cost of all extracurricular activities and fees for the
school year is due at the time of registration post-dated for September 1, 2017.

Uniform — Mandatory uniform pieces provided through InSchoolWear and available for
order through the Walden Office. Sizing will be available in the Spring.
Extended Care (Before and After School) — Available to families from 7:30 – 8:30a.m. for
$100 per month and 4:00 – 6:00p.m. for $200 per month. Occasional use billed at $10 and $20
respectively.
Transportation — Busing is available. Some restrictions apply. Please contact the Walden
Office for details.
