packages for damages or carton shortages. Note<br />
any damages or discrepancies on the receipt.<br />

damages or shortages. Please have your order<br />

Ÿ If you do find it is necessary to return an item for any<br />

PAYMENT & ORDER PROCEDURES<br />
Ÿ Once order is received, an proforma invoice will be<br />
issued to client.<br />
Ÿ Payment option will be either through bank transfers<br />
or EFT’s.<br />
Ÿ After payment is cleared in <strong>Grow</strong> Co account order<br />
will be released and goods will be forwarded to client.<br />
Ÿ Relevant waybill numbers will be communicated to<br />
client, as well as expected delivery dates.<br />
