Square One
Established in 1995, Square One place IT and ERP specialists into permanent or contract
roles. Built up of 120+ employees over two offices: London & Warsaw, we have a great
balance of skilled recruiters and back office support.
Specialists
We are specialists in name, but better still, specialists in nature; with each consultant
dedicated to working one industry and knowing it well. Being expert head hunters, they
know where to find great talent, and do it around the clock, all over the world.
20 years strong
Square One’s journey started over 20 years ago by four Directors who had collectively over
30 years of recruitment experience to their names. They endeavoured to set up their own
business that would be fair to its staff, fun, and of course successful. Now more than 20
years on, we have over 400,000 contractors on our database and many success stories.
We are not slowing down any time soon.

Contract
We have been skilled, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and above all fast as we know the need
for speed in the contract market where our clients need the right people and need them now.
We have recruited contract IT people for over 20 years. We know what we are talking about
and deliver every time. You will not be deceived in fact we are fully transparent and fully
compliant so you can trust us in all respects to guide and support you.
Permanent
Some of the best permanent candidates do not look for roles, the roles come looking for
them. Our perm knowledge and expertise means that we are able to locate not only active
but the passive candidates giving best fit and making sure that the right person is chosen by
the right employers. Our perm teams are highly skilled in where to look and how to headhunt
passive candidates that are very often exclusive to us.

SAP recruitment dates back to the dawn of Square One and as such we have accumulated

We understand the full SAP lifecycle and have helped clients staff their global projects as
well as fill their short notice individual backfill requirements. This is thanks largely to our
extensive database of SAP consultants nurtured over the years as well as more recent
developments in social media that help us locate the SAP consulting talent you need.
Our SAP practice is separated into contract and permanent specialisms focusing on the
different candidate pools and sourcing methods. Both teams however benefit from extensive
