Founder
Meet Masha Banar, the inventor of MesoLyft and
founder of Visage Sculpture—a cosmetic clinic in Boston
that focuses on non-surgical face shaping.
A Certified Physician Assistant, Masha began her career
in 2006 at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery at Boston Medical Center. With most of her
initial work assisting in the operating room and patient
care, she eventually grew an injectable practice for the
Department. In 2010, she opened her own practice,
Visage Sculpture. Dr. Jeannie Chung, Board Certified
Plastic Surgeon and Masha’s mentor, serves as the
clinic’s Medical Director.
Inspiration
Building her practice and brand on trust and
transparency, Masha prides herself on creating an
outlet for the modern woman to achieve healthy
skin and youthful results. Through her years in the
beauty business, she listened to clients’ concerns and
developed formulas for the most common problem
areas. Her knowledge about skin rejuvenation and
collagen production gained working with wounds as
a Physician Assistant in Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery, combined with engineering and micro-molding
technology, resulted in this one-of-a-kind skincare
product.
