CSI’s Starter Heat Shield helps eliminate starter problems caused by 

the close proximity of the exhaust to the starter. The radiant heat of 

the exhaust easily produces enough heat to destroy the windings of 

the starter and solenoid. To cure this problem, use a heat barrier to 

deflect the radiant heat produced by an exhaust system. The unique 

construction of the aluminized material provides protection by 

deflecting up to 90% of the radiant heat.

All CSI products are warranted against defects in material or worksmanship for a period of one year from the date or purchase 

by the original purchaser. 

LED Light Bars and LED Offroad Lights: CSI LED offroad light housings and brackets are warranted to be free from defects in 

workmanship for the life of the product to the original purchaser. LED light clusters are warranted against failure for a period 

of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. CSI LED Lights are not serviceable by the consumer and any damage, or 

evidence of disassembly by the customer voids all warranties. 

During the warranty period, CSI, at its option, will repair or replace any product found to be defective upon receipt of that 

product with the original purchase receipt via pre-paid freight to its facility. CSI shall not be liable for any consequential 

or contingent damages, expenses, or injuries arising either directly or indirectly from any defects in these products or from 

the use of these products. This includes misuse, abuse, acts of nature, accedents or collisions, damage from flying debris,
