The North Bethlehem Fire Department covers the Elmwood Park
Fire District, which includes parts of the towns of Guilderland, Bethlehem,
and New Scotland, bounded by the city of Albany on the east,
the Normanskill Creek on the south and west, and the McKownville
Fire District on the north.

squad serving the Towns of
Berne and the southern portion
of Knox. Certified at EMT-B
level, and funded by a revenuerecovery
program. The squad
sponsors an annual blood drive
for the American Red Cross in
January. Once a month the squad
provides blood pressure checks
for the Hilltown Senior Citizens.
