Lindenberg Anlagen GmbH
Lindenberg‐Anlagen employs around 170 people.
Our production allows us to produce compact aggregates with a total weight up
about 100 tons. We can also fabricate aggregates in volume production
produced at rates of up to 70 units per month.
In addition to a wide range of aggregates, we supply medium and low‐voltage
switchgears and control and distribution boxes for industrial applications. We are
prepared to take full responsibility for all engineering production and even –in
costumer requests for installation and activation, both in Germany and abroad.
The Lindenberg‐Anlagen construction division uses the latest technology and CAD systems.
Supported by an exclusive proprietary software developed for the design of power stations, we
process a wide range of electrical and mechanical materials and perform all services relating to
installation construction. The fact that all products and services originate from a single source
derived is of great advantage for our costumers.
The Lindenberg‐Anlagen customer service department allows us to maintenance contracts and
regular inspections of the entire installation, even after activation ‐ especially when plants are
affected by the global level (world‐scale plants) ‐ with our own staff, both in Germany and
abroad to supervise and monitor.
02 Frame Fabrication
The steel frames for the base and walls had been welded, blasted and painted
in separate sections and assembled together at a later stage.
Welding material and procedure had been done under the verification of
ABS and the welding procedure had been certified by ABS approved
laboratory for welding.
03 Installation and Piping
The complete set has been drawn and constructed before the
installation/fabrication to give the client the possibility for detail approval.
7

03.1 Piping
The piping and installation of the equipment had been preassembled,
pressure tested and painted at our workshop before installation at the
module..
11.1 Modul
The manufacturing of the modules took place at the same time in different
workshops.
The high quality and the robust construction assures an optimal cover for the
Aggregate inside.
All elements of the Diesel Engine Generator Enclosure which have to be
conform to the atmospheric conditions (Offshore) had been sandblasted,
grounded, painted due to the client requirements.
12 Shipping / Mounting Bonn
After a manufacturing period of 9 month the final acceptance test had been
done at our workshop. For transport parts of the modules had to be
demounted to reduce the weight and measurements for truck transport. The
final assembling then had been done at Rhein River Port, so that the whole
module could be lifted to a river barge.
