<strong>Stress</strong> Balls<br />
We all know that feeling. When your work is piling up, when you have to be two places at<br />
once, or basically anytime you have an overwhelming amount of things to do. This feeling is<br />
stress.<br />
When you are stressed out, you tend to tense up or just generally start freaking out.<br />
Sometimes you just need to fidget. <strong>Stress</strong> balls are perfect for that. Some people might say that<br />
they are distracting. However, most of the time fidgeting helps people stay focused. When you are<br />
using a stress ball, it makes you less stressed.Some people try breathing exercises, but that takes<br />
more thinking. With a stress ball, you don’t have to think about anything.<br />
You can find stress balls almost anywhere. If you want to make them yourself, there are lots<br />
of ways you can do that. There are a lot of YouTube videos and other ideas out there.<br />
