Jobs, money, kids,
this is what most people
think that stress comes
from. But they are wrong
because stress mainly
comes from confusion and
emotions. Sometimes our
bodies break down
because of stress. When
we argue it causes a lot
of stress because it’s
hard to communicate with
someone when you both
are screaming at each
other, and that also can
cause stress very easily.
But most of the time it is
our body's natural
response to the demands
we put upon us. This is
because stress comes
from within our body. We
can do something about
it. One way is to yoga or
meditation. It’s simple.
Close your eyes and
breathe and stand in one
of the yoga pose. There
are other ways too. Like
use positive self talk. And
get more rest. Drinking a
cup of water helps too. If
you feel stressed before
bed, a cup of milk will do
the trick.
Certain medicines
can help reduce stress as
well. Some medicines that
work the best are Natural
Calming Pills, and Super
Stress B-complex.
If you ignore the
problem, it will get worse.
Frequent or chronic stress
can make your heart rate
increase, breathing
quicken, muscle tighten,
and blood pressure rise.
But, it’s not really possible.
