Disc mower K-205/K-240/K-280/K-320
Fransgård’s lift-mounted disc mowers are manufactured and
designed to work with many different crops and perform well with
both large and small quantities of material. The disc mower is
continually being developed and updated based on the experience of
its many end-users around the world, thus making our mowers a
very efficient and attractive product for both professional and hobby
farmers.
The disc mower comes in four sizes with a working width from 2.05
to 3.20 m. The enclosed oil bath for the robust cutter bar minimises
maintenance. The oval discs can be removed separately and
serviced individually. The machine is powered by 4–6 V-belts, and
powerful springs in the suspension system ensure that the cutter bar
follows the terrain.
There is plenty of space above the bar and the heavy safety curtain
helps create a vacuum, thereby ensuring ideal working conditions
for the cutter bar. The mower works perfectly, even at very high
speeds, and cuts at a width of approx. 60 cm narrower than the
working width. All models have hydraulic folding for transport.

Rotor rake SR-3600/BF-6300
Fransgård’s lift-mounted rotor rakes with one or two rotors are
designed for extreme conditions, which means that they can be used
with many different crops, regardless of the quantity of material. SR-
3600 has the sturdiest design on the market, from 3-point to wheel
suspension.
BF-6300 has a working width of 6.30 m and is a good alternative to a
trailing rake. The small transport length and rapid reconfiguration for
transport increase efficiency and manoeuvrability when working in
small fields.
SR-3600 is built on a strong wheel suspension system with centred
and displaced wheel positioning, a strong enclosed gearbox with nine
arms and stepless height adjustment. Strong swath screen with six
braces to ensure a uniform swath. The rotating point between the 3-
point suspension system and the boom means that the machine
follows the terrain perfectly.
BF-6300 has a rotating and flexible wheel suspension system under
each rotor, which follows all contours. Same gearbox as SR-3600, also
with separate stepless height adjustment for each rotor.

Front rake TI-6000FL
Fransgård’s front rake is a niche machine for raking and
baling/collecting in one and the same workflow. Which means major
time and monetary savings for the user.
The rake width can be adjusted hydraulically, and you can customise
the swath width for baler pick up.
A front rake also means that you are not driving over the material first,
ensuring ideal working comfort for the tractor driver.
TI-6000FL is hydraulically powered and requires only 45 l/min, which
means that there is oil remaining for the baler. The suspension system
is fitted using bolts, making it easy to replace. The rake can be fitted
to the front lift or the front loader.
If it is fitted to a front loader, we recommend the floating position for
the loader tilt function.
Stepless height adjustment of wheels and rotor angle. Arms can be
removed without using tools. The rake is equipped with front wheels
(optional accessories), which are always recommended for hilly
terrain.
The rake is folded together manually for transport and extends 3.5 m
in front of the tractor.

Swath wilter SV-250-09/SV-250-09SE
Since its introduction in Sweden in 2003, Fransgård’s popular swath
wilter has been continuously developed and adapted to meet
customers’ needs, and with more and more markets becoming aware of
the machine and its qualities, Fransgård has become a market leader
for this machine. The swath wilter is available in two models, one of
which has a hydraulic side conveyor. Both models can with be used
expediently for grass, hay or straw and leave a high airy swath without
impurities such as soil and stones. In short: BETTER CROP QUALITY
SV-250-09 has a powerful rotor with six rows of springs and an equal
distance around the main frame, ensuring a uniform flow. The fixed 3-
point suspension system that can be tilted, rotatable wheels and the
large swath screens mean that the swath can be up to 80 cm high. Four
V-belts or chain drives (optional accessories) ensure ideal operation
without any stoppages.
SV-250-09SE has the same basic design as SV-250-09, but with rotating
3-point and fixed wheels. The side conveyor can be used to move the
swath out to the side, and can be set in three positions. The best
results are achieved when the material hits the centre of the conveyor.
If there is a large quantity of material, you can also choose to lift the
conveyor band all the way up and fit swath screens (optional

Combi rake RV-300/RV-390
Fransgård’s RV combi rake is definitely the most powerful model on the
market. Fransgård has manufactured this type of rake for more than 30
years, and its uncomplicated and very robust design has made it
attractive all over the world. A rake for many purposes such as
spreading grass and hay, airing straw swaths or raking the materials.
When airing a swath, this is moved 60–70 cm to the side and left in a
high, airy, smooth swath.
The RV rake is available in two sizes with a working width of 3.0 m or 3.9
m and two or four wheels respectively as standard. The rakes are
equipped with cardan drive transmission between rotors to prevent
stoppages. Specially hardened crown wheels/pinions above each rotor,
strong steel ring at the base where the spring-loaded tines are fitted. The
tines can be moved from raking to spreading position without the use of
tools. The centrifugal force presses the springs down into the working
position, and if they hit a stone or hole in the ground, they move up
instead of down into the soil.
During transport, the rake is folded in manually behind the tractor.

Combi rake TI-4000S/TI-5000/TI-6000
Fransgård’s combi rake with multiple options, easy to service and low
operating costs. All models have a spreading function, but it is important
to note that this function cannot compete with a spreading/turning rake
and is more of an option that you can use if spreading is not your main
aim. The raking function is excellent; when raking to the centre, the swath
width can be adjusted so that the pick up can collect material. The greater
the working width, the greater the swath width. Raking at the side (not TI-
4000S) means that you can position several swaths together, and TI-6000
can also make two swaths in one workflow. The perfect rake if you want
complete control during raking.
The TI rakes have two rotors with six arms each, nylon wheels and closed
ball bearings in the cam track that do not require lubrication. The arms are
easily removed via the spring-loaded handle when they need to be moved
between the different work functions. When switching between raking in
the centre and at the side, the direction of rotation is changed for the left
rotor; here it is important that wheels in the cam track are rotated 180°. All
models rotate between the suspension system and boom, which lock
automatically when the machine is lifted. When switching to the transport
configuration, the machine is folded in behind the tractor manually.

Intenso I-180 Conditioner
Fransgård’s latest machine for treating grass was constructed for the
purpose of achieving a better feed quality. The conditioner helps
break down the wax layer on the grass, reducing the drying time and
reducing the loss of nutrients. The machine is particularly well suited
for use with a front mower, which ensures good weight distribution for
the tractor, and a high speed can be maintained even when there are
large quantities of material. Intenso I-180 also produces a smooth airy
swath on the second or third conditioning, which makes a hugely
positive difference to the collector that will further process the
material.
Intenso I-180 has a powerful closed rotor with six rows of powerful Y-
fingers made of moulded plastic.
Conditioner plate coated with aluminium that can withstand sap from
the grass. The plate has six settings for the intensity of the
conditioning, as well as both internal and external swath plates that
ensure a smooth flow and the right distribution of the material.
Four V-belts fitted with a tension roller ensure ideal operation.
The machine is capable of rotating on the suspension system and is
fitted with a transport lock.

The company was founded by Thorkild B. Fransgaard in 1967, when he purchased Fredbjerg smede- og maskinværksted
