L2K 3D Camera for Laser Machining Applications
The L2K 3D-CAM is developed and adapted especially for laser
machining applications. The camera is easy to integrate
into common mechanical designs of galvo scanners and f-
theta lenses. The communication interface is industrial standard
and the user interface self explaining. The 3D camera
takes images of the workspace and calculates the needed results
for further processing. Advanced algorithms are detecting
x-, y-, and z-dimensions and position of any part in the
workspace. As an assisting tool, the moving pilot laser or machining
laser improves the quality of detection and even enables
inspection during the laser process itself.
