and dedication rate highly with family members and hotel guests alike.<br />
Hostess and co-owner of the <strong>Sonnenhof</strong> <strong>Hotel</strong>, Wilma puts her wide knowledge of herbs to<br />
productive use with savvy comb<strong>in</strong>ations of Rose petals, Basil, Monarda didyma and Verbena – to name<br />
a few. Her passion for herbs results <strong>in</strong> the creation of various syrups, teas, herbal flavour<strong>in</strong>gs for salts and<br />
season<strong>in</strong>gs as well as delicious spreads that can be found <strong>in</strong> the hotel shop. „<strong>Sonnenhof</strong>” syrups<br />
and herbal teas land up on the breakfast tables while her herbs are also used as <strong>in</strong>gredients<br />
<strong>in</strong> the hotel kitchen.<br />
