We provide seamless project delivery from project initiation<br />

to project completion.<br />

As the main point of contact on your project, we work with<br />

you to establish the project team, project parameters, budget,<br />

and master project schedule.<br />

We keep the team on-track so we meet budgetary and<br />

scheduled commitments. With backgrounds in design,<br />

quantity surveying, engineering, and construction, we<br />

thoroughly review all design details prior to construction.<br />

Your new space will be not only attractive, but functional and<br />

long-lasting.

CONSTRUCTION<br />

MANAGEMENT<br />

We work with your designer and/or project manager to<br />

successfully lead the construction phase of the project.<br />

Once engaged, we develop a cost plan which serves as the<br />

baseline for all cost comparisons - ensuring competitive<br />

value. A detailed construction schedule will be prepared and<br />

maintained throughout the project. We manage the tender<br />

and bid process and use open-book reporting so you’re always<br />

kept up-to-date on progress and costs.<br />

We make communication a priority and together with our<br />

organized approach, you won’t have to leave your desk to<br />

know what’s happening on-site.

CONTRACTING<br />

Your project manager is directing the schedule, budget and<br />

project coordination - we provide quality construction and<br />

execution.<br />

A competitive bid will be submitted based on your drawing<br />

package, specifications and requirements. One or more of<br />

our site supervisors will be dedicated to managing on-site<br />

progress. Through constant communication and attention to<br />

detail, we guarantee a timely project turn over.<br />

We are a proud to be a COR company. On-site safety is a<br />

priority for every project we work on. Our safe work practices<br />

minimize risk and promote a healthy working environment.

LEASE<br />

ASSISTANCE<br />

Prior to acquiring new premises, we offer lease assistance to<br />

real estate brokers and our clients.<br />

We develop a detailed area analysis based on your individual<br />

needs. This document is used in conjunction with test-fits and<br />

budgetary estimates to evaluate which buildings are capable<br />

of supporting your project.<br />

In addition, we can assist in the evaluation of pre-lease<br />

documentation to ensure that you receive the best value and<br />

services for your project.

FURNITURE<br />

PROCUREMENT<br />

Our furniture program has been developed in a manner<br />

that gives our clients access to all available product lines for<br />

commercial contract furniture.<br />

We evaluate the needs of your project, specify the products,<br />

pre-qualify the vendors, create and issue the furniture request<br />

for proposal and procure the furniture.<br />

We coordinate the installation and follow-through on any<br />

deficiencies or changes with the vendors so you can maintain<br />

focus on your core business.
