says "I think he wants to show us something." and we follow him to the openness of the beer
garden looking at the bridge. "Here is amazing...look at the view. Can you imagine owning
such a place?" he says with the help of my German Assistant. Wow!" The best view and beer
garden in the famous Regensburg. And 800 people in the summer! "Yes we´re starting to think about
hiring people for the summer months starting in May. You know now we have a small staff and the people
that cook the food have been here a long while. However for the next couple of months we have to start
hiring people to come in May. Am I worried about so many people drinking all my beer? Yes it is super
busy yet it should be fun!" he says.
