Firstly, a huge thank you to
everyone for coming today to
support this fantastic day. The
“Together for Freddie” campaign
has really taken hold of Yateley
like nothing before and it has
been brilliant how the whole
community has got behind
raising the funds to send Freddie
to have this treatment and are
continuing to contribute to
ensure his family is with him
throughout.
It is a privilege to be in the
home dug-out against such
a distinguished line-up and I
would like to thank all of the
www.innercityenvironmental.co.uk
players and referee who have given up their time to support this
exciting one-off game. I have selected a team of Yateley United
players from various teams in the Club, all of whom have made a
donation to play. Unfortunately, our Ladies have an important Cup
tie, which is being played at the same time as this game, so none of
that team were available for selection.
It will be interesting to see how the game develops today and it will
be a pleasure to see so many footballers gracing the turf at Sean Dev
Park!
So, enjoy the game and once again, thank you for your support.
