JOB DESCRIPTION<br />
- Greet and assist walk-in customers<br />
- Answer phones in a polite and friendly manner<br />
- Respond to emails using business-appropriate language<br />
and correct grammar<br />
- Handle basic order taking and suggest alternative<br />
and/or additional publications to meet customer needs.<br />
- Compose editorial content from press releases<br />
and other submissions<br />
- Handle legal notices and proof of publication<br />
- Proofread content <strong>for</strong> grammar and other errors<br />
- Upload and post content to various <strong>for</strong>ms of social media<br />
- Provide assistance to all departments as needed<br />
- Assist with and resolve customer complaints/needs<br />
COMPETENCIES<br />
- Customer service skills<br />
- Good communication skills<br />
- Organized/detail oriented, able to prioritize<br />
- Team player<br />
- Willingness to serve as notary<br />
- Good English-language/grammar skills and<br />
willingness to learn trade-specific styles<br />

QUALIFICATIONS<br />
- High School Diploma or GED<br />
