1.4 Authority<br />
The State Archivist has issued the <strong>road</strong> <strong>map</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>maturity</strong> <strong>model</strong> in accordance with section<br />
25(1)(f) of the Public Records Act 2002. This <strong>road</strong> <strong>map</strong> <strong>and</strong> associated <strong>maturity</strong> <strong>model</strong> forms part<br />
of a wider policy framework that aims to promote best practice recordkeeping <strong>and</strong> information<br />
management in Queensl<strong>and</strong> public authorities.<br />
1.1 Definitions<br />
