Products/services<br />
The ReDat Recording System is a complex solution of call<br />
recording and quality management by RETIA. Nowadays<br />
there are more than 1800 successful ReDat reference<br />
installations. Among our customers, we can mention contact<br />
centres, dispatch centres, banks and financial institutions,<br />
the Czech establishment and commercial sector.<br />
The ReDat3 Recording Unit and ReDat Application Server<br />
modules represent an essential building stone of the ReDat<br />
Recording System. Another product the ReDat VoIP<br />
Recorder ensures recording of VoIP. In addition, we provide<br />
a wide range of Add-on devices and Services - in this<br />
section, you can find all information about Add-on products<br />
and services.<br />
ReDat3 Recording Unit<br />
ReDat3 Recording Unit is a universal device for recording<br />
and archiving telephone calls, which may be very important<br />
for your companies progress. The ReDat3 Recording Unit is<br />
a sophisticated combination of specially built-up hardware,<br />
which is assimilated to the real time operation system QNX,<br />
and software, which is a superstructure operating shell.<br />
Thanks to the modularity and availability of several extra<br />
functions, you can combine various ReDat modules<br />
according to your company requirements. However, we will<br />
not burden you with functions, which you never utilize.<br />
ReDat VoIP Recorder<br />
ReDat VoIP Recorder is a digital recording system<br />
designed for recording, archiving and subsequent viewing<br />
and playback of audio records from various communication<br />
technologies based on IP telephony, PC screens and data<br />
communications. ReDat VoIP Recorder also supports<br />
recording of general data, which contain additional<br />
information to audio records (eg. CTI data, events, and<br />
others). ReDat VoIP Recorder does not require any special<br />
hardware.<br />
ReDat Mobile Recorder<br />
ReDat Mobile Recorder is a solution for mobile phone<br />
recording. The module records all incoming and outgoing<br />
mobile communications, including voice calls, text (SMS)<br />
messages and multimedia messages (MMS), stores them in<br />
a secure storage and using only a client installation on the<br />
mobile phone. When the internet is available, ReDat<br />
Mobile Recorder can be fully implemented into current ReDat<br />
Recording System. Mobile calls are managed in theReDat<br />
eXperience archive. Mobile calls are easily searchable by<br />
number, data or contacts and are ready for use e.g. for<br />
quality management. For added security, all records are<br />
encrypted.<br />
ReDat Phone Recorder<br />
The ReDat Phone Recorder is a digital recording system<br />
that enables recording voice communication conducted on<br />
different types of digital and analogue telephones. The basis<br />
of the system is a USB module for connecting data from the<br />
specified input interface and recording software for recording<br />
