On Thursday, actress/comedian, Whoopi Goldberg hosted the evening at the<br />
Broadway Theatre <strong>for</strong> a per<strong>for</strong>mance of "<strong>Sister</strong> <strong>Act</strong>."<br />
The play was fabulous, and we enjoyed every minute of it.<br />
After the per<strong>for</strong>mance, Ms. Goldberg walked to the podium and in her<br />
introduction, spoke well <strong>for</strong> all of us in saying we need 4 more years of<br />

The 'Post-Racial' Express Train of Bigotry<br />
<strong>President</strong> Barack <strong>Obama</strong>.<br />
We all know the first African-American president made history, but his<br />
inauguration also stirred in the opposition, a denial so fierce we can only make<br />
sure that by voting <strong>for</strong> this president in the fall, we can keep the race haters at<br />
bay.<br />
We have a lot of work to do in America come 2012, and it begins now. The<br />
nation inherited a bad economy, and two wars with the previous<br />
administration. Every American who wants to see a better day should join in<br />
the ef<strong>for</strong>t to bring our nation back to work, "to work <strong>for</strong> peace" and to continue<br />
to fight <strong>for</strong> the rights of all Americans, and not just the rich, or the privilege few.<br />
This land is our land, and we'd like to thank our president <strong>for</strong> taking the time<br />
out to visit, and motivate us.<br />
