44. In accordance with Rule 31 Revised, paragraph 9 of its Rules of Procedure, GRECO asks the

head of the Cypriot delegation to provide a report on the measures taken to implement the

recommendations still pending, namely recommendation i for Theme I and recommendation ii in

respect of Theme II by 30 September 2017 at the latest.

45. GRECO invites the authorities of Cyprus to authorise, as soon as possible, the publication of this

report, to translate it into the national language and to make this translation available to the

public.
