STRATEGY
CONTEXT
This strategy has been developed in close collaboration
and partnership with Learning Communities staff,
colleagues from across Hobsons Bay City Council and
importantly the Hobsons Bay community.
The strategy provides:
• a foundation to enable Learning Communities
teams, partners and community to
understand what we aim to achieve together,
how we can best support the Council vision,
the way we will work and the things we want
to achieve for the community
• a tool for informing the community, community
partners, local business, commercial sectors
and different levels of government of the
wonderful opportunities available both now
and into the future
• a framework in which to inform Learning
Communities annual business planning
