Fridays: 11-1pm<br />
• Group 1, for adults diagnosed with Cancer,<br />
the first Friday of each month.<br />
• Group 2, for adult family, friends and carers;<br />
every second Friday of each month.<br />
• Group 3, adults bereaved by cancer.<br />
• Group 4, “A time for tranquility”. a hour of<br />
mindfulness for any adult affected in any way<br />
The groups’ focus is for those affected by cancer to<br />
have a safe, confidential, supportive environment to<br />
talk and be supported by trained facilitators.<br />
