MEET THE DIRECTORS It is a statement to say that all founding directors have had experience of being an adviser at some point in their career. This adviser-centric approach is what sets our Network apart. MARTIN WILSON CEO Martin has been in financial services for around 25 years. He started at the sharp end selling but evolved his career in management and motivation. He built a large direct sales force before he founded and set up Personal Touch, the UK’s largest distribution services for financial services. Martin has used all of his years’ experience and industry knowledge to develop our National Proposition. AMANDA WILSON Director Amanda has been in financial services since 1986, with experience as an adviser and a manager with a tied sales force in an insurance company. Her background was in direct sales in all areas of financial services and she was key in developing the “non-regulated” products for advisers at PTFS, before moving to a membership role. Over the last few years Amanda has worked within the group of “Right Companies” to develop each proposition, while remaining an active protection adviser until 2015. She is very happy to be back in the adviser arena and is key in growing our membership. ADAM STRETTON MD Adam has over 25 years’ experience in financial services, starting out with CIS in 1989, where he progressed into sales management, before moving on to becoming an appointed rep with PTFS in 2003. After leaving PTFS in 2010, Adam became directly authorised and laid the foundations for our Network. He was an active financial adviser until 2015 and his wealth of experience makes him well equipped to support the growth of our advisers’ businesses. TANIA STRETTON Operations Director Tania entered the financial services sector 10 years ago, after 15 years in education and training. After working in various roles, including as a protection adviser, she became the managing director of The Right Will and Estate Planning in 2011. After only a few years, The Right Will is now one of the largest Estate Planning Companies for financial advisers in the UK, providing a service for over 500 advisers.
