HOW TO JOIN<br />
Joining our Network couldn’t be simpler!<br />
Below we have laid this out as a simple 3 stage process<br />

Your Application<br />
We will need you to complete an application form and provide any supplementary information required for your AR Firm, yourself<br />
as the Principal and all advisers and administrators within the Firm. It is important that these are completed both honestly and<br />
fully so that we can perform the necessary due diligence.<br />
In addition, the directors of your company (anybody with over 20% shares) will each need to complete a Form A so that we are<br />
able to submit your application to the FCA should it be accepted.<br />

Application Accepted<br />
Should we accept your application and receive five years satisfactory references, we will then send you your contracts and all other<br />
documentation to b e completed to formalise your m embership with t he N etwork. We w ill need t hese to b e signed, and t he<br />
originals to be returned to us via post.<br />
Your Induction<br />
We will provide you with your login details for our website and The Key so that you can complete our online induction, which<br />
should take no more than two days depending on how quickly you would like to complete it. This is then supplemented by our<br />
in-house induction course (which can be taken after authorisation), after which you should have all the skills necessary to submit<br />
compliant business with our Network and record it appropriately.<br />
And that’s it…<br />
Once your induction is complete and all necessary due diligence has been completed, you are free to submit business under one of our<br />
Incubator ARs, or you can wait for the FCA to process your AR Application and trade under your own AR.<br />

MEET THE DIRECTORS<br />
It is a statement to say that all founding directors have had experience of being an adviser at some point in their<br />
career. This adviser-centric approach is what sets our Network apart.<br />
MARTIN WILSON<br />
CEO<br />
Martin has been in financial services for<br />
around 25 years. He started at the sharp<br />
end selling but evolved his career in<br />
management and motivation. He built a<br />
large direct sales force before he founded<br />
and set up Personal Touch, the UK’s<br />
largest distribution services for financial<br />
services. Martin has used all of his years’<br />
experience and industry knowledge to<br />
develop our National Proposition.<br />
AMANDA WILSON<br />
Director<br />
Amanda has been in financial services<br />
since 1986, with experience as an adviser<br />
and a manager with a tied sales force in<br />
an insurance company. Her background<br />
was in direct sales in all areas of financial<br />
services and she was key in developing<br />
the “non-regulated” products for<br />
advisers at PTFS, before moving to a<br />
membership role. Over the last few years<br />
Amanda has worked within the group<br />
of “<strong>Right</strong> Companies” to develop each<br />
proposition, while remaining an active<br />
protection adviser until 2015. She is very<br />
happy to be back in the adviser arena<br />
and is key in growing our membership.<br />
ADAM STRETTON<br />
MD<br />
Adam has over 25 years’ experience<br />
in financial services, starting out with<br />
CIS in 1989, where he progressed into<br />
sales management, before moving on<br />
to becoming an appointed rep with<br />
PTFS in 2003. After leaving PTFS in<br />
2010, Adam became directly authorised<br />
and laid the foundations for our<br />
Network. He was an active financial adviser<br />
until 2015 and his wealth of experience<br />
makes him well equipped to support<br />
the growth of our advisers’ businesses.<br />
TANIA STRETTON<br />
Operations Director<br />
Tania entered the financial services<br />
sector 10 years ago, after 15 years in<br />
education and training. After working in<br />
various roles, including as a protection<br />
adviser, she became the managing<br />
director of The <strong>Right</strong> Will and Estate<br />
Planning in 2011. After only a few years,<br />
The <strong>Right</strong> Will is now one of the largest<br />
Estate Planning Companies for financial<br />
advisers in the UK, providing a service for<br />
over 500 advisers. Tania puts The <strong>Right</strong><br />
Will’s success down to their professional<br />
and personable service and she is key in<br />
driving the same ethos in our Network.<br />
